November 2009 The Phone Man Keeps It Local, Opens Corporate Office in Souderton Portable Communications Corporation, Home of the Phone Man, announces the opening of its corporate office in the Village Office Center at 121 N. Main Street in Souderton. As an Authorized Retailer for AT&T Wireless, Portable Communications has retail locations in Souderton, Hatfield and Hellertown, the new office will serve as a central location for operations. Souderton’s revitalization efforts piqued the interest of Patrick O’Neil, President of Portable Communications. As a Souderton resident he was eager to take advantage of the unique office space convenient to his businesses and home. Housed in an 1889 colonial brick building the Village Office Center was once the home to a cigar factory, textile mill and the Souderton Furniture Mart. The Phone Man is excited to create his own piece of history in the heart of Souderton. October 2009 Cell Phone Man Contest Launched! Winner to Receive $50 Off Their Next Cell Phone Bill! The Cell Phone Man is pleased to announce a new online contest for visitors who upload a photo they have taken with their camera phone, or a picture of them using their cell phone. Each month the Cell Phone Man will randomly select a winner from among the entrants and he will contribute $50 to their cell phone bill. Visit the contest page of our site for your chance to win. August 2009 New Look, New Phones, Same Staff! The Cell Phone Man is pleased to announce the complete renovation of our route 309 Hatfield location. The authorized retail store for AT&T has the latest display fixtures featuring live phone models and a complete set of accessories for all the current model phones. Fresh paint, new carpeting and lighting makes for a comfortable atmosphere for our loyal customers to get the high level of service they deserve. Coming soon will be our interactive laptop display available for customers to TEST DRIVE the laptop connect card. July 2009 15th Annual Summer Spectacular Giveaway The Cell Phone Man and WNPV teamed up for a fun filled day at our Hatfield location which featured a live radio broadcast, free food and prizes. This year featured radio personality Darryl Berger interviewing The Cell Phone Man and one of his new friends and local businessman, life style fitness instructor DR. DRILL. Dr. Drill has helped the Cell Phone Man and countless others reach their fitness goals while giving back to the community through local charities. The Cell Phone Man family is honored to be among the ranks that can call Dr. Drill a friend. 2008 The Cell Phone Man Opens Thrid Location in Hellertown The Cell Phone Man is pleased to announce the opening of his newest location in Hellertown, Pennsylvania. Located in the Creek Side shopping center at 1864 Leithsville rd., the center is anchored by Giant supermarket and is on the heavily traveled RTE 412 off interstate 78. The newest location is an authorized retail location for AT&T wireless and boasts the latest showroom amenities including a customer consultation area. This full service location enables customers to make any necessary changes to their accounts as well as bill payment services.
